New Video

This is from our most recent show at The Grape Room in Manayunk.  Many thanks to those who came out to the show.  As of right now, Those Guys are going through some growing pains.  We have two more tracks to release until the album is complete, and we plan on doing just that. As for the future of Those Guys, like everything else, it’s up in the air.  We’ll see where things fall when they land.  Until then, stay classy.

What’s New?

What’s up suckers? It’s Those Guys again.  We really have been neglecting this site, but like most other things, who cares?  We recently played The Headhouse on front and Lombard.  It was a great show with a lot of support from friends and family. So thanks to everybody that made it out!

We are currently putting the finishing touches, aka mixing and mastering, our soon to be released album, Left. I know, we told you this would be out by Halloween. Who knew this stuff took so much time? We hope to have this completed and in your hands by the end of January.

We are currently looking for another member of the band, preferably a keyboard player. So if you are, or know of any keyboardists, tell them to contact us in any way possible. (Note: Smoke signals and carrier pigeons are outdated, inconsistent, and overall irresponsible means of communication.)

Upcoming shows will be February 3rd at The Grape Room in Manayunk, and back to The Headhouse on March 2nd.  Both are Fridays, and both will include the elusive William James on stage! Until then, take it easy.

Finally!

So it has been a long time since we have updated anyone on our status here on the website.  For that, we’re sorry.  We have been busy working with Jesse Gimbel down in his studio getting our next set of tracks out to you.  We are about two-thirds of the way finished with our “Left” album, and so far, we are very pleased.

Our single is Amber Leaves. A funky little number just in time for fall.  Take a listen to it right now if you haven’t heard it yet.   LISTEN TO AMBER LEAVES HERE!

Along with that, we have uploaded Maggie, and Lost My Mind.  Nobody panic! We didn’t change Losing My Mind, this is just its conclusion to bookend the album.

We have three shows coming up in November.  This Sunday the 6th at The North Star Bar, which is an all age show.  A singles mingle stoplight party Wednesday the 16th at Triumph Brewery.  And finally, Friday the 25th at Tritone on south street.  We are really pumped to be playing that show with Await Rescue and 20 Days In.  It’s gonna be one hell of a performance.

Be sure to Like us on Facebook, and Follow us on Twitter for all the updates on shows and song releases.  The next wave of songs will be coming to you next week.
